[ENG] Renovation of an old ground floor office, transforming it into a home for a teacher. A new mezzanine level is created taking advantage of the existing height. Also a whole new façade is built with glass blocks, offering security, privacy and as much light as possible.
[CAT] Transformació d'una antiga oficina en planta baixa en vivenda per una parella. Es crea un nou altell aprofitant la generosa alçada disponible del local. Es construeix una nova façana de pavés de vidre para oferir seguretat i privacitat, tot permetent el màxim pas de llum posible.
[ESP] Transformación de unas antiguas oficinas en una nueva vivienda, en planta baja, para una pareja joven. Se crea un nuevo altillo aprovechando la generosa altura disponible del local. Se construye una nueva fachada de pavés de cristal para ofrecer seguridad y privacidad, aún dejando pasar la máxima luz posible.
